Typewritten text on the verso reads "This is one that was taken of Mickey on the set over at Warner's when they were making 'Destination Tokyo' - and Cary Grant was married then to Barbara Hutton and he thought Mike was real great and said to Bill - 'Why can't I have a kid like that?' Anyway - he's a very nice gentleman." Black ink date stamps range from May 8, 1963, through August 24, 1982, to indicate photo publication dates.
