One black and white glossy photograph of actor, Lew Ayres (left), shaking hands with Bill Kennedy (right). Both are well-dressed and are seated behind an interview desk with a telephone and notes. A bookcase and wall are visible in the background. Handwritten pen text on the verso reads "Lew Ayres starring in 'All Quiet on the Western Front,' 1930, first anti-war film in sound." Also, "'The Big Parade' (1925) was first anti-war film in the silent era." Black ink date stamps show January 16, 1980, and November 13, 1983, for photo publication dates.
