Black and white aerial photo of the James Scott Memorial Fountain, its reflecting pool, and the Aqua Theater--a stage set up above the western side of the pool. Bleachers have been erected along the western edge of the pool facing the stage. Four walkways extend over the water to the stage from the sides and edges of the front of the stage. The MacArthur Bridge, the Detroit Boat Club, the canoe rental building, and the harbormaster station are also in view. "City of Detroit, Dept.
