Mounted black and white photo of park goers walking along Belle Isle's Central Avenue, as taken from an elevated position overlooking the flower arrangement on the circular island in the middle of the street. A bridge over one of the island's canals is located just beyond the floral arrangement. Street lights are installed along Central Avenue. Several horse-drawn carriages are among the pedestrians. The remnants of several other photos are pasted to the verso of the sheet of cardboard to which the photo is mounted.
