Color photograph of the funeral procession for George W. Stark, from the door of Mariners' Church to a hearse parked in front on Jefferson Avenue, as taken from an elevated vantage point in the City-County Building across the street. The pallbearers place the casket into the hearse, as a line of mourners turns west onto the sidewalk along Jefferson Avenue toward a limousine that is parked behind the hearse. Three uniformed valets stand on the sidewalk beside the church. Photographer Harry J. Wolf's stamp is on the verso.
