Color photograph of GALE II on the Detroit River. The Detroit shoreline and spectators can be seen in the background. The photo was probably taken during either the 1952 or 1953 Silver Cup Races, which were both won by GALE II. The boat was driven by both Danny Foster and Lee Schoenith.
