Print. (2 Copies.) Black and white photographic print of a living room setting displayed at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. The room setting features two upholstered club chairs, an upholstered sofa, and an occasional table in the center of the display features ornamental pieces which echo Asian design. A nesting table and two end tables also feature items including illuminated lamps which also echo Asian design. A small sign on the right end table reads, "New World Living-Dining Room." Affixed to the wall is a large painting taking on an Asian theme. The photographic sequence number, company name, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "25755-10x; The J.L. Hudson Company; Photography by Davis B. Hillmer."
