Black and white photograph of Jack Kevorkian clad in scrubs and with his back to the camera, playing ping pong against an off-frame competitor while on break during his internship at Henry Ford Hospital. "Interning at H. Ford Hospital in Detroit. In scrubs Dr. Jack Kevorkian (1955)," is handwritten on the verso. An accompanying note from Kevorkian's niece Ava Janus added, "Uncle in his scrubs, walking down a corridor at Henry Ford Hospital, c. 1955. This is the only time you will see Uncle dressed this way that I know of, with the exception of a public service ad he did on television in c. 1997."
