Major roads and freeways can be seen including Jefferson, Gratiot, Woodward, Grand River, and Michigan Avenues as well as I-75, I-94, I-375, and the Lodge Freeway. I-75 is under construction to the north of I-94 and is not yet under construction to the west of St. Antoine Street. The Detroit River can be seen along the lower edge of the photo. Areas in view include Lafayette Park, Midtown, New Center, Eastern Market, and Corktown. Several clouds and their shadows are also scattered across the view.
