The City Hall, the Hammond Building, and the Union Guardian Building are on the east side of the street. The Dime Building, Penobscot Building, Ford Building, and Buhl Building are on the west side of the street. The Detroit River and Windsor are visible in the background. The photo was printed with a decorative border. "Mar 20 1932," is stamped on the verso.
