CLAIRE, the Detroit and Cleveland Navigation Company's passenger steamer GREATER DETROIT, and three other D&C boats docked along the Detroit riverfront, as taken from a point in the river, just east of the foot of Woodward Avenue, facing west. The Vernor's Ginger Ale factory at the corner of Woodward Avenue and Woodbridge Street, the Boblo Docks, and the Veterans Memorial Building, are all visible along the riverfront.
