One black and white photograph of Detroit Tigers super fan, Patsy O'Toole. He is wearing a white dress shirt and dark dress slacks and is seated in a chair at Navin Field. His arms are upraised in a cheering pose.

Newspaper reports of the time referred to him as "leather-lunged," as having a "fog horn voice," and being a "rabid fan" of the Detroit Tigers. He was noted for roaring cheers such as "Ohboyohboyohboyohboy" and "Keep Cool with O'Toole."
