The photo shows diving equipment that is being hoisted by a crane on an adjacent barge. Two divers are in the water at the transom of a nearby workboat. Workmen, observers, and two cameramen can be seen on the barge deck at the left side of the photo. The river and the Belle Isle bridge are visible in the background.
