Press release reads: Dec 10, 1985. Nearly 300 exhibits of U.S. and Canadian recreational opportunities - including fishing, hunting, boating and camping - will be featured Feb. 22 through March 3 at Outdoorama '85 at the Michigan State Fairgrounds, Detroit. Sponsored by the Michigan United Conservation Clubs (MUCC), the 10-day show also will feature circus-quality stage acts, clinics and seminars on hunting and fishing and the latest campers, travel tralvers, motor homes and recreational vehicles. Now in its 43rd year, the Outdoorama show is expected to attract upwards of 200,000 spectators.
