Black and white film negative of the first and second floors of the abandoned First Williams Block located at 32-42 Monroe Avenue; debris from the deteriorating structure is visible on the sidewalk in the foreground. A series of barriers has been set up on Monroe Avenue. Signage for Arthur's Clothes remained affixed to the façade.
