Black and white negative taken during the 1949 Silver Cup Race held on September 5th on the Detroit River. The boat in the foreground is SUCH CRUST, which was driven by Dan Arena with his brother Gene as mechanic. Another boat can be seen behind him. SUCH CRUST finished second overall.
