Negative and print of a color photo of the Lansdowne Restaurant docked at Hart Plaza. The Detroit River and a small section of the Windsor skyline are visible in the background. The LANSDOWNE was built in 1884 as a railroad car ferry. It was propelled by side paddlewheels and operated on the Detroit River. It was converted to a restaurant in the early 1980's.
