One pair of folding grandstand seats from the Hazel Park Raceway. The seat assembly consists of a heavy steel framework with armrests on the sides and mounting flanges at the bottom. The steel framework is painted green and has raised text on the sides that shows the numbers, "440 H," and "0081." Other text is illegible. The seat backs and bottoms are both made of thick, contoured green plastic and are attached to the steel framework with nuts and bolts. The seat bottoms are spring-loaded at the sides and automatically fold to an upright position when not in use. Seat tag numbers are missing from rectangular indentations located in the upper corner of each seat back. Raised text at the lower back edge of each seat back reads "American Seating," and "Pat. No. 3111343."
