Dress

Young woman's dress. The dress is made of a cotton fabric that has a fine blue/black check pattern. It has a small round collar, a high waisted bodice with a 4-button placket at the front, and set-in long sleeves which gather slightly at the single button cuffs. The placket and upper portion of the skirt are made of the reverse side of the fabric that is used for the bodice. The attached bell-shaped skirt has hidden pockets at the side seams and a hemline at mid-calf. A 6-inch wide band of cotton fabric with a finer blue/black check pattern is hemmed and trimmed at the bottom of the skirt. Three labels on the inside back of the neck: "Fiorucci Safety Wear" with a tree and sun rays logo, "Fiorucci, Made in Italy" with care instructions, and "38."
