Dress

One lady's brown/rose ribbed silk fabric and black/rose silk brocade dress. The one-piece dress has a small pointed collar with a deep V-line ruffle at the front, long sleeves with puffed shoulders, pleated ruffles on the cuffs, and hook/eye closures down the center front. The front and sides of the fitted and padded bodice are made of a black/rose brocade fabric that has an oak leaf design. The brocade fabric is also used on the collar, cuffs, and sides of the skirt. The dress has a full skirt with alternating panels of plain and brocade fabric. The skirt is lined with brown cambric fabric and has a slight train at the back. The silk fabric is gathered at the back waistline to form small bustle. No manufacturer's labels are shown.
