Cup, Coffee

One coffee cup from a dining room of one of the steamships of the Algoma Central Railway fleet. The cup is made of heavyweight, white glazed china. It has a rounded top edge that has a slight outward curve, and a stylized rectangular handle with a flat thumb rest. The straight sides flare inward slightly to form a circular base. A narrow red stripe encircles the cup along the outside top edge. A red/white/black image of the "Algoma Central Marine" company flag is stamped on one of the sides beneath the red stripe. The underside is stamped with a small lion/crown logo and black text that reads "Royal Doulton Hotelware," and "England, Steelite."
