D.M. Ferry and Company shipping confirmation form sent to P.J. Winn and Company of Fort Union, Virginia on January 16, 1894 stating that a box of garden seeds has been sent care of the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway to Lynchburg via Bremo Bluff, Virginia. The form states that freight has been paid for the Detroit to Lynchburg leg, but local railroad charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
