VHS tape containing an anti-Devil's Night public service announcement produced by and featuring students of Golightly Educational Center and Cody High School. In segments film within the schools, the students discuss the effect of arson on perceptions of the city, as well as suggest community-sponsored indoor activities. A title card dates the production to October 15, 1996.

The video is on a T-05 tape with a label on the side. The tape is housed within a blank white cardboard sleeve.
