VHS tape containing raw footage of Mayor Coleman Young repeating the lines "not in my city," and "not in our city," clad in a suit against a dark background, shot by Castorri and Company for a Michigan Public Health Department production on June 30, 1992. Direction, joking, and other dialogue between Young and the crew are captured. A clapboard identifies the director as T. Campau.

The video is on a grey T-15 tape labeled on the top and edge with the title. The tape is housed within a black plastic case with title labels from Grace and Wild adhered to the front and spine. A Brogan and Partners business card for Marcia M. Brogan is inserted into the overlay sleeve.
