U-Matic S tape containing the third of three parts of footage of the September 4, 1986 press conference for No Crime Day, September 27, 1986. This portion features the wrap up of the press conference and photo ops where Mayor Coleman Young and Isiah Thomas pose two of the sponsors, holding the campaign's bumper stickers. Thomas and Mayor Young can be seen talking and joking with one another. THe camera also briefly pans about to show members of the press in attendance.

The recording is on a 3M MBU-18s U-Matic S tape with a 3M handwritten label which reads "Tape #3 No Crime Day" . The tape is housed within a black plastic 3M case with a handwritten 3M label, which reads "Tape #3 No Crime Day Raw Footage 9-4-1986."
