Christmas Music with 23rd Annual Christmas Carnival Frame.. At Least 15 Minutes of Music.

U-Matic tape containing the title card for a public service announcement promoting Detroit's 23rd Christmas Carnival at Cobo Hall, on December 5th through the 19th, as multiple instrumental Christmas songs play. In addition ot a winter village scene, the card features the text "Holiday Remembrances," lists the admission as a voluntary donation. It also lists the Detroit Recreation Department and bears the "Do It In Detroit" campaign logo.

The video is on a generic U-Matic S tape with a handwritten City of Detroit Department of Public Information label on its top. The tape is housed within a black plastic latching clamshell case with a matching Department of Public Information label on its cover. Both labels are dated November 16, 1984, the cover label includes a handwritten listing of the featured music:
