Judge Archer talks about Mayor Young's legacy, his impact on his own career, and his work in improving relations between the community and the police. Dave Bing mentions how Young has joked about his own mayoral aspirations. In his first appearance, Kughn notes Young's dedication. In his message, Mel Farr invokes the "Superstar" tagline from the advertising campaign for his dealership. For the final segment on the tape, Kughn sits as the film crew adjusts the cameras. The video is on a 3M UCA-30s tape with a small handwritten label on its top. The tape is housed within a black plastic latching case with a matching label on its cover.
