Notes On Interview of Mr. Hampton Rich
Seven page typewritten record of an interview with Hampton Rich concerning his employment as a buyer with the J.L. Hudson Company beginning in 1907, conducted by a "Mr. Ryding," dated December 26, 1962. Rich discusses the workings of his departments, co-workers, Hudson's World War I-era Military Shop, his involvement in redesigning the store's layout and the purchase of Newcomb Endicott.
