The card is printed in black and blue cardstock, with the Department of Street Railways symbol in both upper corners, the silhouette of a street car at the lower left, "Leo. J. Nowicki, General Manager," in the lower right, and the months of the cessation of service in the center: "Gratiot - March 1956, Woodward - April 1956."
