One booklet entitled "Specifications of Labor and Materials Required in the Erection and Completion of a Two Story Frame Residence to Be Built in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, for Mr. Wm. E. Roney." The architectural specifications are contained in a booklet that has a heavy brown paper cover and are bound with a red cloth cord along the left side. The first two pages show a typewritten index and the third page shows the project name along with general project information. Typewritten text on the third page shows that the specifications were prepared by "Edw. C. Van Leyen and Edw. A. Schilling, Architects, 11115-17 Union Trust Bldg., Detroit, Michigan." The following 54 typewritten pages give brief descriptions of all of the materials and construction requirements for the project.
