Brown printed text in the lower portion of the poster advertises the various amenities in the area and encourages businesses to "Picture your new office space centrally located with convenient parking, shopping, services, and restaurants, All-In-One!" The project developer was "Trizec New Center Development Associates, a partnership formed by subsidiaries of Trizec Corporation, Ltd., and General Motors Corporation."
