Ethics in Government
[Milliken for Michigan]

One political campaign poster entitled "Ethics in Government." The poster consists of black and blue text on a white background. It also shows several black and white photos of William Milliken, the Republican governor of Michigan, who was running for re-election (third term) in 1976. The printed text lists various accomplishments as well as campaign pledges and quotes. Small printed text on the lower left corner indicates that John A. Hannah was the chairman for the "Milliken for Michigan" campaign. The verso shows a color picture of an eagle eye along with the quotation, "the cry for government reform is simply a call for the basic principles of democracy: openness, honesty and citizen participation in affairs of state, William G. Milliken."
