Located at One Woodward Avenue in Detroit's beautiful Civic Center, the office building is 32 stories high, including a four story crown. Minoro Yamasaki - Smith Hinchman and Grylls, Associated Architects and Engineers, were the designers. The exterior of the building is composed of chips of white quartz pre-cast in concrete.
