Printed on verso: This was the first important office building in Detroit, dedicated in 1927. It is a two and a half million dollar building located in Detroit's famous Art Center, at Woodward and Putnam. It has two wings, 10 stories high, flanking the center section of 14 stories. It houses Radio Station WXYZ.
