The Sanders Menu, Vol. 2, No. 23

Half-folded Sanders menu dated Friday, November 30, 1945. The exterior is printed with the article, "A City of Musical Achievement," about the history of music in Detroit covering the Harmonie Society, the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, the annual Youth Festival, high school music programs, and opera venues. Breakfast, luncheon, supper, and dessert items are listed within. A card stapled to the upper left corner of the interior promotes, "Spanish Rice with Cheese in Casserole, Roll, 30¢."
