Souvenir sample menu booklet from the tiki-themed Mauna Loa Restaurant at 3077 West Grand Boulevard. The menu is staple-bound in a dark orange cover with an illustration of a Polynesian wood carving of a bird perching on a face at the base of a drum. "This is a souvenir sample menu only and does not necessarily reflect the current prices and item," is stamped on the cover.
