Half-folded luncheon menu-mailer from the London Chop House at 155 West Congress Street, dated Sunday, December 12, 1940. An illustration of a chef working over a large bowl is on the front cover along with a list of weekly luncheon specials. The menu is divided into the sections, "Luncheon Specials," "Appetizers," "Sandwiches," "Salads," "Omelettes," "Steaks and Chops," "Desserts," "Cheese," "Vegetables and Potatoes," "Savories," "Beverages," and a beer and wine list. The menu notes that the chef is Eddie Dobler, "the Perch King of America," and entertainment is provided by Tonia Valenti with Ruby and his Orchestra as well as pianist Chet Everhart. The menu is addressed to Michael Jalan at the Seville Hotel.
