Menu
Laminated Hudson's menu sheet. "Hudson's," is printed on the recto at the bottom of a layered photo composite of a painting of two angels, a bundle of candle sticks, and watch faces. The menu is listed on the verso, and is divided into the sections "Soups," "Salads," "Favorites," "The Grille," and "Sandwiches." Menu items conforming to the standards set by Henry Ford Hospital's Heart Smart program are designated with heart symbols.
