Laminated Hudson's menu sheet. "Dayton Hudson," is printed on the recto beneath an illustration by Alex Boies made from paper cutouts consisting of a scattered arrangement of flatly-colored food-related items, including a fish, pea pods, a shrimp, a wine glass, a kebab, and two forks, against a white background. The menu is listed on the verso, and is divided into the sections "Soups," "Salads," "Favorites," "The Grille," and "Sandwiches." Recommended menu items are designated with small strawberry symbols taken from the Boies piece on the recto.
