Ribbon-bound menu and program booklet for Thanksgiving dinner at the Hotel Cadillac, held on November 28, 1895. The cover is off-white paper with hand-painted lavender and white flowers, and with a ivory-colored ribbon threaded through it diagonally terminating in a bow. The interior pages are printed on cardstock. A list of dishes offered is on the first page. The Swart Brothers are listed as the proprietors at the bottom of the page. A list of musical selections and dances to be performed is on the following page. "1895," is printed on the back cover in a decorative script.
