1 - Sanders menu; dated: "Friday, Nov. 15, 1940", the menu was intended to be half-folded but the crease has been flattened and reinforced with a strip of heavy tape on the verso, the recto is printed with an illustration titled: "Thanksgiving Day at Grandma's" and shows a family seated at a table for Thanksgiving dinner along with a short passage about the holiday, the recto is divided into the sections "Breakfast" "Luncheon and Dinner" and "Desserts".
