Copy of a five page memorandum on Recess Club stationery addressed "To Whom it May Concern," about events occurring at the club in the fall and winter of 1978. Highly detailed instructions are provided for the planning, set up, and execution of each event based on past practices, written in a conversational tone. "Frank Haskell, Burroughs," is handwritten on the verso of the last page.
