Municipal Manual of the City of Detroit, 1920-21

One softcover booklet entitled "Municipal Manual of the City of Detroit, 1920-21. The pocket-size manual has a black cloth cover with gold-colored title text. It contains 274 pages of black printed text on white paper that give facts and figures about each of the city departments. A directory of city offices and commissions is shown at the front of the manual and a subject index is shown at the back. The manual was compiled by Richard Lindsay, City Clerk.
