One pocket-size manual entitled "Detroit Police Manual." The title is embossed in gold-colored text on a faux brown leather cover. The manual contains 91 pages of printed black text on white paper which list the rules and regulations of the Detroit Police Department. It is dated June 1, 1926. An index is included in the back along with a single loose page entitled "Amendments," The first page is signed in handwritten black ink, "Col. Heinrich A. Pickert."
