Card, from a series of five demonstrating the color separation process involved in color lithography using an image of a tomato. "Dark Blue," is printed in the lower left corner, and "No. 5," is handwritten on the verso. The image is monochromatic with four printers' registration marks. Fruit and vegetable images like this were common on the packages printed by the Calvert Lithographing Company for D.M. Ferry and Company.
