Letter

One letter, dated December 28, 1962, from Edward Connor, of the City of Detroit Common Council to James H. Wineman of the Central Business District Association. In the body, Connor expresses his regrets that he will not be able to attend the Central Business District Association's 1963 Annual Meeting, as he will be at the Annual Convention of the Michigan State Association of Supervisors. The letter is typewritten in black text on white letterhead paper that is watermarked "Chieftain Bond, 25% Cotton Fibers." The Common Council letterhead is shown in blue text at the top of the page.
