Letter

One letter, dated June 13, 1975, from Loren Sabrosky, President, of the Harmonie Society to club members. The letter is printed in black typewritten text on white paper and shows "The Harmonie" letterhead in dark blue ink at the top of the page.

The letter includes the following enclosures:
1. "Explanation and Request for Balloting," a 5-page photocopy
of a letter in black typewritten text which requests members to
vote on two propositions.
2. "Ballot," a 3-page photocopy of a ballot form in black
typewritten text for members to vote, sign, and return.
3. One postage paid envelope for members to return their
completed ballot forms.
