Four pieces of a mailer concerning the Fruehauf Corporation's Annual Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for Thursday, May 4, 1967 at the Park Shelton Hotel. The group consists of a half-folded "Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders," dated April 1, 1967, containing a message about the meeting from secretary Ernest L. Rushmer, as well as a proxy statement; a proxy ballot with a business reply envelope for voting on changing the bylaws and electing directors; and a single-page note addressed "To Our Clients," providing instructions for the proxy form.
