Letter

Forwarded typewritten unsigned letter from Frederick Dickinson of the Hupp Motor Car Company to Ralph Yonker, the president of the Adcraft Club of Detroit, dated November 1, 1928, included with an unsigned copy of a typewritten letter from Harold M. Hastings in reply to Frederick Dickinson, dated November 21, 1928 both concerning Dickinson's complaints regarding the practice of reserving seating at Adcraft meetings. Dickinson argues for a first-come-first-served system in his letter. In his reply Hastings first states that he agrees with Dickinson's complaint, then explains the difficulties and misunderstandings surrounding recent meetings which may have lead to the initial complaint. Dickinson's letter was written on Adcraft Club of Detroit letterhead. Hasting's was written on lightweight paper which has yellowed.
