Silent color 16mm film containing silent b-roll shot for Detroit Means Business of a gas stove burner and of people ice skating in Hart Plaza's amphitheater. The latter portion features both wide shot of skaters with the Renaissance Center in the background, and a shot of a woman with a young child who falls down. The reel ends with a very brief shot of Henry Ford II speaking behind a podium.

The film is contained on a plastic core within an Allied Film Labs bag. A label in the bag is marked "Urban, S723 3169 - 3693."
